After the free, initial breakthrough session has discovered your list of essentials in your ideal house then we will begin the research for you. All time is measured in compact 15 minute blocks so you are only paying for the actual time spent on your individual search.

Our charges are $100 per hour plus GST or $25 plus GST for each time block and you decide on the services you require and control the cost. We ask that you pay for each hour in advance. 

At any time you can “Stop the Clock” and end the contract and you will only be charged for the 15 minute blocks already completed.

We do not charge any other fees as we believe you should only pay for the services you use.
